There are three restaurants on property. Cariblue offers buffet-style open air dining with dramatic ocean views. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features theme nights on select evenings each week. Cuisine includes a blend of Continental, Caribbean, Asian, French and more. Tao, our award-winning restaurant, features a la carte dining and serves outstanding Asian Fusion cuisine. Serving dinner only, reservations required. The Deli offers a variety of healthful meals and organic specialties in a casual outdoor waterfront setting. Open for lunch and afternoon snacks daily.
