A family-run Cottage Colony with waterfront (not beachfront) suites and villas, ocean views, art gallery, swimming (no beach), snorkeling from property, not far from North Shore and South beaches. Air conditioned. Secluded grounds, spacious rooms. Clear View is exactly half way between Bermuda's City of Hamilton to the west and Town of St. George to the east. Cruise ships dock at one or both of these ports. The proprietors are Mr. and Mrs. Paynter, with daughter Carollee, son in law Otto Trott (a prominent local artist) and manager Juanita Ratteray. The property has unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, facing the North Shore. It is eight minutes or three miles west by taxi from Bermuda International Airport - much quicker and less expensive by taxi than to/from many other places. There are beautiful air conditioned rooms with local (not cable) television and radio, fabulous views, kitchenettes and two outdoor salt water swimming pools.
